The Playbook is an internal resource that houses documentation of Stoneridge's Proven Process and helpful templates, client samples, tools, and other artifacts to support team members in how we plan and execute work within the Proven Process.

Just like the Proven Process is a framework, the Playbook should be used by project teams as a baseline, empowering teams to make informed decisions on how to modify or scale our Proven Process to best meet the needs of the client, project, and our Stoneridge teams.

The Playbook is continuously being updated to reflect refinements, adjustments, and additions based on ongoing discovery within Stoneridge. Please reference the "What's New" section at the top of the landing page of the Playbook to see details on the most recent updates.

The Playbook & Artifacts Workstream is the iterative process in which the Continuous Improvement team, in partnership with relevant stakeholders, work on the Playbook Backlog for action items towards continuous improvement.
