Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 4/19

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative – see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

• Continued Round 2 team-based sessions. The CE team session occurred, and the BC and F&O sessions will be rescheduled due to some PTO and conflicts.

• Continued supporting teams leveraging the “soft release” of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook.

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Finished a project plan for executing against a backlog created from a Playbook artifact audit.

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

• Completed Part 1: Proven Process Fundamentals in the four-part Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series. This virtual series is geared toward directors, managers, capability leads, solution architects, and technical architects, and will run through the end of May.

• Continued collaboration with Leanne on planning for a Proven Process Refresh for CSMs to occur in May.
