Proven Process - Artifact Sourcing & Creation
The Proven Process Baselining Effort aims to lead in a cross-functional review of how we navigate our Proven Process at Stoneridge by clarifying, aligning, and validating concepts, processes, and best practices for talking about, applying, and scaling our methodology as One Stoneridge Team.
For Phase 2, there are three main workstreams:
ADO Standardization and Usage on Projects
Artifact Sourcing and Creation, and Playbook Updates
Awareness, Education, and Reinforcement
Artifacts and Playbook Updates
The objective is to source, update, templatize, and create artifacts to be added to the Playbook as referenceable materials for our delivery teams. Expected deliverables are sourced from backlog items identified in Phase 1 of the Proven Process Baselining Effort, supplemented by After Action Review feedback from project team members.
Workstream Process Outline
