Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 12/15

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative. This week, we have a few updates / reminders across all workstreams:

• If you didn’t get a chance to watch the 15-minute milestone update video, check it out! It includes everything you need to know about what we’ve accomplished in Phase 2, are working on, and what to expect in the new year. We’ve heard many enjoyed this approach because you could watch it on your own time and digest the information more easily. Keep that feedback coming! If this seems like a good way to communicate updates, we can do more of this in 2024.

• If you’re part of the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, please share your feedback in the Artifacts & Playbook Validation Workbook on Sprint 2 items by Tuesday (12/19). We’ll review feedback, make updates, and then roll out validated items. See the attached email for a reminder on instructions.

• Billable team members: log time spent on Proven Process Baselining to PRJ-4131: Stoneridge CI Program – Internal with the comment, “Proven Process Baselining.”

• There will not be a Friday Update the next two Fridays (12/22 and 12/29). The next Friday Update will be on 1/5. There will be plenty of work happening between now and then – just holding off on the update emails since many will be out on PTO and/or celebrating holidays.
