Artifacts & Playbook Updates Workstream - Sprint 4

Thanks to everyone who reviewed and provided feedback on the Sprint 3 items in the Artifacts & Playbook updates workstream! This email officially closes Sprint 3 and kicks off Sprint 4.

Sprint 3 is closed:

Here is where we are today:

  • Project Roles & Responsibility Descriptions for the Playbook: Including updates based on everyone’s feedback, these descriptions will be uploaded into the Playbook under the Roles & Responsibilities section under “Foundational Concepts.”

  • We’re updating the phase overview transition decks and role & responsibility review workbooks based on feedback. We will be uploading those to the Playbook as supplemental tools when transitioning from one phase to the next, to support our project teams in aligning on roles and responsibilities specific to their project, and when considering various scalability factors. The goal is to upload these to the Playbook by 1/26.

Sprint 4: What to expect

For this sprint, the following is the sole item that we will ask the group to review:

  • Bug severity definitions and guidelines: This will be prepped and ready for review by 2/1. The validation workbook will be sent at that time, with a one-week feedback window.

In the meantime, here is what we are also working on for this sprint:

  • Dual Write documentation is drafted for addition to the Playbook, with one final review meeting planned before publication.

  • Continued refinement of the Solution Blueprint Workbook and deliverable templates as part of the ADO workstream.

  • Transition to Support section in the Playbook, with supplemental materials.

  • Marketing and sales enablement materials to reflect updated Proven Process visuals, language, and concepts.

Let Emily or Brooke know if there are any questions. We appreciate everyone’s time and feedback in advance.
