Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 11/10

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative. See below for updates in the three Phase 2 workstreams and reminders for next week.

This week in the ADO Usage and Standardization workstream, we:

• Completed the first ADO sessions with the CE and F&O teams

• Began synthesizing information for the second set of sessions next week

• Used the monthly EM + CI Connect to share and get feedback on the approach for this work with the EMs

• Major shout out to Grace for her leadership on all the above this week

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Closed Sprint 1, with two items sent to the validation team for review, feedback, and approval. These items are: 1) a dashboard + reporting mechanism to create greater visibility to AAR outcomes and progress on action items; and 2) a project close checklist.

• Major shout out to Emily Cottam for a cool video walkthrough on how the CI Team is proposing we create the visibility team members are looking for

This week in the Awareness, Education & Reinforcement workstream, we:

• Continued work with @Morgan on the new Intro to Stoneridge’s Proven Process onboarding series. This includes: 1) materials for a live session during the first week of new team members’ onboarding; 2) facilitator guides for managers to discuss the Proven Process with new team members in their first 30 days; 3) a Proven Process discussion guide for new team members to use with their managers; and 4) job aids breaking down how project roles map throughout the Proven Process

• Collaborated with the L&D team to prepare for next week’s Managers Meeting, where we’ll provide an overview of the new Intro to Stoneridge’s Proven Process onboarding series and walk through resources that will be provided to managers to assist with talking to new team members about the Proven Process

• Scheduled meetings with team leaders to begin creating each team’s learning & adoption plans to be implemented in 2024

• Major shout out to Morgan Radunz for being a great partner on the Intro to Stoneridge’s Proven Process onboarding series
