Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 6/28

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative - see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

• Continued supporting teams leveraging the "soft release" of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook.

• Completed the "Solution Blueprint How-To" live training for the F&O SAs, TAs, and Functional Leads. Shout out to Kim Nelson for leading what we heard was a great session.

• Completed initial overview training on the Solution Blueprint and Azure DevOps (ADO) for the CE Team in Consulting Services, that took place during their monthly Town Hall. Thanks to Matt Van Dyke, Jenny Harer, and Reilly Mitchell for leading that overview for the team.

• Continued work to finalize all training and reference materials ahead of when the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook and standard use of ADO will "go live" for new projects in the Consulting Services BC and F&O teams beginning July 8, with the CE team to go live later in July.

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

• Confirmed and scheduled the Proven Process Refresh for Sales and Pre-Sales, to occur on 7/18.

• Shared plans with Consulting Services for what to expect for the second half of the year when it comes to reinforcing the Proven Process at the team and project levels, and measuring Proven Process application and impact from a new baseline beginning in July.

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Continued executing a project plan to work through updates in a backlog of improvement items.
