Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 3/8

Happy Friday and Q1 All-Company Meeting! This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative – see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

  • Continued work toward re-releasing the updated Solution Blueprint workbook, with a soft release planned for 3/29 that will include usage guidelines, training documentation, a recorded demo, and project-specific coaching.

  • Continued Round 2 sessions for each of the BC, CE, and F&O teams.

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

  • Continued collaboration with IT on updates to reduce clutter and streamline how project roles are represented and used in the Playbook, including updated guidance for new hire onboarding on how team members are initially set up with certain roles in the Playbook.

  • Started backlog refinement and planning for how to pull outcomes from a Playbook artifact audit that will be completed as part of the 2024 product strategy into the overall improvement backlog moving forward. Thanks to Maggie Taubenberger and Emily Cottam on this collaboration and the great work to come.

  • Started to schedule monthly check-in and backlog review meetings with each team’s Playbook stewards.

  • Continued work on the baseline project template in the Playbook.

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

  • Continued preparing for the Proven Process Refresh workshop for Engagement Managers that will occur March 19 – 20.

  • Continued planning for the Proven Process Refresh and Train the Trainer for leaders that will occur throughout April.

  • Started collaborating with Leanne on planning for a Proven Process Refresh for CSMs to occur in April.

As always, don’t hesitate to let Grace, Emily, or Brooke know if there are questions. Enjoy the company meeting and have a great weekend!
