This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative. See below for updates and reminders.

This week we:

• Sent instructions and what to expect for each Phase 2 workstream group

• Scheduled sessions through the end of the year for Round 1 of the ADO workstream

• Completed the first ADO session with the BC team, with the CE, F&O, and second BC team sessions planned for next week

• Continued work in the Awareness, Education & Reinforcement workstream with the L&D team on the Intro to Stoneridge’s Proven Process onboarding series, to begin the week of 11/13

• Began Sprint 1 work in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream

• Continued creating the draft baseline project template in the Playbook to reflect Phase 1 outcomes, to be ready to publish the week of 11/13

• Billable team members: log any time spent on Proven Process Baselining this week to PRJ-4131: Stoneridge CI Program – Internal with the comment, “Proven Process Baselining."
