Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 3/15

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative – see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams. And sending a special shout out and thank you to Joshua Merwin for providing an overview of the Proven Process Refresh during the BC Team Town Hall today.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

• Took a week off from Round 2 sessions, with Grace being on PTO.

•  Continued work toward re-releasing the updated Solution Blueprint workbook, with a soft release planned for 3/29 that will include usage guidelines, training documentation, a recorded demo, and project-specific coaching.

• If you’re involved with this workstream, please send any feedback in response to the summaries Grace sent last week by Friday, March 22.

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Continued backlog refinement and planning for pulling outcomes from a Playbook artifact audit being completed as part of the 2024 Playbook product strategy into the overall improvement backlog moving forward.

• Began monthly check-in and backlog review meetings with each team’s Playbook stewards – these will continue the next few weeks.

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

• Finalized preparations for the Proven Process Refresh workshop for Engagement Managers that will occur next week (Tuesday – Wednesday).

• Continued planning for the Proven Process Refresh and Train the Trainer for leaders that will occur throughout April – May.

• Continued collaborating with Leanne on planning for a Proven Process Refresh for CSMs to occur in April.
