Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 6/21
Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 6/21
This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative - see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams. We have a TON of great progress to report this week.
šš»Ā I want to highlight how many team members are tagged in this announcement. It reflects all the ways this group (and others) are leading when it comes to taking Proven Process outcomes into their teams and facilitating ongoing learning and reinforcement. Thank you all for the small (and big) things you do each day that display change leadership as we work to become more consistent in how we apply our Proven Process.
This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:
Continued supporting teams leveraging the "soft release" of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook.
Completed initial overview training on the Solution Blueprint and Azure DevOps (ADO) at the Q2 meeting with both the BC and F&O practices in Consulting Services. Major shout outs to Anne Diaz, Nicole Gentz, and Kim NelsonĀ for leading the way on facilitating these initial overviews for their teams.Ā
Completed initial ADO training with the PMO team at the Q2 meeting. Major shout out to Grace Stevenson, Colby Stream, Katie Mulheran, and Abby HoglinĀ for leading the way on this.Ā
Continued planning & prep with the CE team in Consulting Services for their initial overview training on the Solution Blueprint and ADO usage, taking place during their monthly Town Hall next week. Thanks to Matt Van Dyke, Jenny Harer, Reilly Mitchell, and Sowmya KamineniĀ on their focus and prep ahead of leading this overview for their team.
This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:
Facilitated a Proven Process Refresh trivia competition for the Consulting Services team during the breakout sessions at last week's Q2 meeting. Thanks to all for the strong engagement, positive mindsets, and willingness to collaborate with others and have fun with it.
Facilitated a Proven Process Refresh for the Internal Operations team during the breakout sessions at least week's Q2 meeting. This refresh was geared toward internal team members and how they contribute to our Proven Process and helping clients win.
Focused on teamwork and collaboration as critical for bringing the Proven Process to life in the F&O team breakout during the Q2 meeting last week. Major shout out to Nicole Gentz, Emily Johnson, Dustin Pagano, Kim Nelson, Pete Povalitis, Tim Pypa, Erin Hoekstra, Eric Meissner, and Jordan SoderstromĀ for coming together to facilitate this session and displaying a great example of team cohesion & unity across the Consulting Services F&O functional and technical groups.
Started outlining plans for measuring Proven Process application and impact from our new baseline beginning in July, as well as identifying simple in-project audit opportunities to ensure high-impact activities for project success occur.
This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:
Continued executing a project plan to work through updates in a backlog of improvement items.Ā
Thanks to all for the continued hard work to move forward outcomes from this Proven Process Baselining work - it is greatly appreciated. Enjoy the weekend!
