Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 5/10

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative – see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams. And a special shout out to Leanne McGregor and Maggie Taubenberger for leading the Proven Process Refresh workshop for Client Success Managers the past two weeks.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

• Continued supporting teams leveraging the “soft release” of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook.

• Communicated updates on a modified approach for the remainder of this workstream, including elimination of remaining sessions based on having information from all teams to move forward with finalizing ADO templates.

• Provided a sneak peek of this workstream’s outcomes and the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook to capability leads, SAs, and TAs via Part 3 in the Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series.

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

• Completed Part 3: Lifecycle of a Requirement in the four-part Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series. Thanks to Grace Stevenson for leading this week’s session. The final part in this series will occur the week of May 20, and be focused on talking to clients about the Proven Process.

• Completed the Proven Process Refresh for Client Success Managers. Again – huge shout out to Leanne McGregor and Maggie Taubenberger for leading the way on this.

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Continued executing a project plan to work through updates in a backlog of Playbook improvement items.
