Artifacts & Playbook Updates Workstream - Sprint 4 Update

Here is a progress update on Sprint 4 of the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream! This includes updates to the Playbook that we would like your feedback on by next week. See below for details!

Sprint 4 Progress So Far:

Here is where we are today:

• Bug Severity Definitions and Guidelines: We have gotten some feedback on this resource and are currently working on making updates for future validation.

• Dual Write Process (F&O and CE) section has been added to the Playbook.

• Transition to Support Process section has been added to the Playbook, along with supplemental materials, as of today.

• Updates to the Solution Blueprint Workbook are complete, as an outcome of the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream. A feedback window for team members involved in that workstream closes tomorrow, and then next steps will be shared by Grace in terms of re-training and re-release on that tool, as part of that workstream.

• Marketing and Sales enablement materials are being updated to reflect aligned upon Proven Process visuals, language, and concepts.

What we’re asking you to do by Friday (2/9):

• Review the following Playbook sections (if relevant to your role) and provide any feedback you may have – emailing feedback for these works perfectly:

  • Transition to Support Process

  • Dual Write Process (F&O and CE)

• Let us know if you have any questions, suggestions, or recommendations for additional helpful artifacts or best practices to add to these sections.
