Proven Process Baselining Phase 2 - Artifacts & Playbook Updates Workstream - Sprint 5

Thanks to those who reviewed and provided feedback on the Sprint 4 items in the Artifacts & Playbook updates workstream! This email officially closes Sprint 4 and kicks off Sprint 5.

Sprint 4 is closed:

Here is where we are today:

• We have gotten feedback on the Bug Severity Definitions and Guidelines and are currently working on making updates for future validation.

• The Dual Write Process (F&O and CE) section has been added to the Playbook – feedback received, with updates in review.

• Transition to Support Process section has been added to the Playbook with supplemental materials.

• Updates to the Solution Blueprint Workbook are complete as an outcome of the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream. Next steps will be shared by Grace in terms of re-training and re-release on that tool as part of that workstream.

Sprint 5: What to expect

For this sprint, the following is a list of items we are working on and will then ask this group to review. These items will be ready for review on 2/23. The validation workbook will be sent at that time, with a one-week feedback window.

• Revised project delivery templates to reflect updated Proven Process visuals, language, and concepts: phase transition decks, internal and external kickoff decks

• Transition to Support: Instructions deck to support the above process

• Bug severity definitions and guidelines

• Review and updates to Hypercare checklist and exit review templates

We’re also:

• Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams to update the website and sales enablement slides to reflect aligned upon Proven Process visuals, language, and concepts
