Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 7/12

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative - see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams.

First, we want to celebrate the launch of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook and ADO process in the BC and F&O Consulting Services teams. This is a huge milestone and all who worked on the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream for those teams these past several months deserve a ton of recognition. Check out the announcement from Grace on Monday.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

• Went live with the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook and ADO process in the BC and F&O Consulting Services teams!

• Continued partnering and prep with the CE Team in Consulting Services on updates, approach, process, and training plans ahead of their "go live" on 7/22.

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

• Prepared for the Proven Process Refresh for Sales and Pre-Sales, to occur on 7/18.

• Made updates to the facilitation approach for AARs to create opportunities to gather feedback on specific items related to Proven Process impact and effectiveness on project success and project team satisfaction. This will be part of our effort in the second half of the year to measure Proven Process application and impact from our new baseline moving forward.

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Released many new templates, tools, learning materials, and reference guides as part of the Solution Blueprint Workbook and ADO Process go live for the BC and F&O Consulting Services teams. Special shout out to Grace on all the work that went into this, and to the Learning & Development team for their partnership on creating Playlists in Ascend.

• Continued executing a project plan to work through updates in a backlog of improvement items.

• Created a Playbook & Artifacts Backlog Sprint Status Dashboard for increased visibility into progress / updates for ongoing work on backlog items.
