Proven Process Baselining - Week of 3/18 Update

See below for an update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative from last week. The major accomplishment last week was the Proven Process Refresh for Engagement Managers that happened Tuesday – Wednesday in Minneapolis. Shout out to the EMs for participating and all who collaborated to create a meaningful workshop experience.

Last week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

  • Continued work toward re-releasing the updated Solution Blueprint workbook, with a soft release planned for 3/29 (this Friday) that will include user guidelines, a recorded demo, and project-specific coaching.

Last week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

  • Continued backlog refinement and planning for pulling outcomes from a Playbook artifact audit being completed as part of the 2024 Playbook product strategy into the overall improvement backlog moving forward.

  • Continued monthly check-in and backlog review meetings with each team’s Playbook stewards – these will continue the next few weeks.

Last week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

  • Facilitated the Proven Process Refresh workshop for Engagement Managers in Minneapolis on 3/19 – 3/20. The team members who participated are: Heike Peters, Mike Packard, Mel Smith, Erin Kelley, Neville Soares, Reilly Mitchell, David Arnold, Tim Holmstrom, Reggie Stockton, Liz Christiansen, Sean James, and Fernando Robert. Shout out to those team members for all the time, energy, engagement, insight, and positive vibes they brought into the workshop. And thanks to Anne, Matt, Dustin, Grace, Jonathan, and Shannon for the sponsorship, collaboration, and partnership in facilitation and bringing this Proven Process Refresh for EMs to life.

  • Continued collaboration with Leanne on planning for a Proven Process Refresh for CSMs to occur in April.

Don’t hesitate to let Grace, Emily, or Brooke know if there are questions. I hope everyone has a great start to the week!
