Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 2/9

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative – see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams. We just completed our first in-person Proven Process Refresh workshop for Project Managers – we’re making moves!

This week in the ADO Usage & Sustainment workstream, we:

• Continued the PM-focused prep sessions as part of this workstream’s Round 2.

• Prepared for the Round 2 kickoff with the larger group involved in this workstream, scheduled for Monday (2/12).

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Continued the feedback window on Sprint 4 items, that closes today.

• Finished the phase overview transition decks and project role & responsibility workbook templates. These resources are being introduced during the Proven Process Refresh workshops for PMs and EMs this month and next, and then will be published to the Playbook.

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

• Finalized the master Proven Process Refresh plan with team-specific activities and shared it with directors and team managers for client-facing teams. As of this week, we’re executing against this plan.  

• Facilitated the first in-person Proven Process Refresh workshop for Project Managers on Thursday – Friday. The team members who attended this first session are: Abby Hoglin, Jenny Winter, Bob Ringwald, Matt Jarosz, Alex Sucher, Tiffany Obenhoffer, and Jay Magrisso. Shout out to those team members for being the first group to participate in Proven Process Refresh, and for all the time, energy, engagement, insight, and positive vibes they brought into the workshop. And shout out to Grace for the strong partnership on bringing this Proven Process Refresh for PMs to life.

• Continued preparation to facilitate Proven Process sessions during the Academy in February.
