Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 2/2

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative – see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams.

This week in the ADO Usage & Sustainment workstream, we:

• Closed the feedback window for team members to review the Solution Blueprint Workbook updates and ADO templates. Thanks to all who shared feedback throughout the past few weeks.

• Continued the PM-focused prep sessions as part of this workstream’s Round 2, that will begin for the larger group the week of 2/12.

• Reviewed this workstream’s Round 1 outcomes, including the Solution Blueprint updates with Sales Directors, to create awareness, gather feedback, and discuss what it can mean for our Sales teams moving forward.

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Continued work on items in scope for Sprint 4, and sent an update to those involved in this workstream on progress and opportunities for feedback on completed items (see attached email).

• As part of the above, published the Dual Write Process (F&O and CE) and Transition to Support sections in the Playbook.

• Continued work on the phase overview transition decks and project role & responsibility workbook templates.

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

• Worked on finalizing the master Proven Process Refresh plan with team-specific activities so it can be sent to this group (and the broader manager group for client-facing teams).

• Continued preparation to facilitate Proven Process sessions during the Academy in February.

• Continued preparation for the two in-person Proven Process Refresh sessions for Project Managers in February, as the first part of the overall Proven Process Refresh plan for the year. The first in-person session is occurring in Minneapolis next week (Feb 8 – 9).

• Finalized and shared information with Engagement Managers about the in-person Proven Process Refresh workshop for EMs that will occur March 19 – 20.
