Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 4/5

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative – see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

• Continued Round 2 team-based sessions.

• Last week, we launched the “soft release” of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook. So far, we have identified two projects that are already going to begin using the new Solution Blueprint!

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Continued backlog refinement and planning for pulling outcomes from a Playbook artifact audit being completed as part of the 2024 Playbook product strategy into the overall improvement backlog.

• Gained alignment on various artifacts backlogs across the Artifacts workstream and PMO backlog.

• Continued planning for longer-term approach to maintaining Playbook and backlog hygiene.

• Continued collaboration with Leanne on planning for a Proven Process Refresh for CSMs to occur in May.
