Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 1/19

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative – see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

  • Continued the feedback window for team members to review the Solution Blueprint Workbook updates and ADO templates by 2/2.

  • Began the PM-focused prep sessions as part of this workstream’s Round 2, that will begin for the larger involved group in mid-February (calendar invite to come).

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

  • Continued work on the phase overview transition decks and project role & responsibility workbooks based on feedback from Sprint 2 validation, with a goal of uploading to the Playbook by 1/26.

  • Closed Sprint 3, with a plan to make updates to the role & responsibility descriptions and push live in the Playbook by 1/26.

  • Opened Sprint 4 – see the attached email that went to team members involved in this workstream with what we’re working on the next 3 weeks.

This week in the Awareness, Education & Reinforcement workstream, we:

  • Continued follow up meetings with each team’s leaders to review the draft Proven Process Refresh master plan for 2024 and discuss options for team-specific activities in it based on initial planning meetings from December. We have a few more things to confirm and will aim to share the master plan with this group next week.
