Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 5/17
Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 5/17
This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative - see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams.
This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:
Continued supporting teams leveraging the "soft release" of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook.
Continued building ADO templates based on all information gathered across Consulting Services teams.
Started impact assessments and creating sample projects in ADO for upcoming team walkthroughs.
Scheduled planning meetings with Consulting Services teams to discuss impacts, samples projects, templates, training needs, and implementation approach. These meetings will be taking place over the next few weeks.
This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:
Continued prep for Part 4: Talking to Clients About the Proven Process in the Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series. Part 4 is the last session in this four-part series and will occur next week.
Started working with Rich and Chris to plan for an upcoming Proven Process Refresh session for the Sales teams.
Started preparing to support Proven Process Refresh activities across various teams during the Q2 All-Company Meeting.
Worked to finalize a Proven Process Pocket Guide that will be provided to practice, team, and project leaders to equip everyone with easy and organic ways to embed Proven Process education and reinforcement into standard, day-to-day team and project activities. This Pocket Guide will be shared as a takeaway for the Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series.
This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:
Worked to finalize a Proven Process value proposition deck that can be used with prospects and clients throughout the Align and Define phases and for sales enablement purposes. This will be shared as a takeaway for the Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series, and then shared more broadly with the Sales & Marketing, Consulting Services, and Client Experience teams.
Continued executing a project plan to work through updates in a backlog of Playbook improvement items.
Thanks to all for the energy and engagement in this effort, as always. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions. Enjoy the weekend!
