Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 5/24

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative - see below for progress in the three Phase 2 workstreams. A major highlight this week is the completion of the Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series that directors, managers, capability leads, solution architects, and technical architects participated in the past six weeks.

This week in the ADO Usage & Standardization workstream, we:

• Continued supporting teams leveraging the "soft release" of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook.

• Continued building ADO templates based on all information gathered across Consulting Services teams.

• Continued impact assessments and creating sample projects in ADO for team walkthroughs.

• Started planning meetings with Consulting Services teams to discuss impacts, sample projects, templates, and training needs. Thanks for being the first up, @Anne Diaz!

This week in the Proven Process Refresh workstream, we:

• Completed Part 4: Sharing the Proven Process with Clients in the Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series. This closed the series, and participants received several takeaway resources, including a Proven Process Pocket Guide and access to a Proven Process Playlist in Ascend. Thanks to @Emily Cottam for creating this fabulous Pocket Guide that aims to equip practice, team, and project leaders with easy and organic ways to embed Proven Process education and reinforcement into the "flow" of day-to-day team and project activities.

• Continued preparing to support Proven Process Refresh activities across various teams during the Q2 All-Company Meeting.

• Provided a version of the Part 4: Sharing the Proven Process with Clients to EMs during the monthly EM + CI Connect. Thanks to @Jonathan Monson for facilitating this and the Part 4 sessions this week.

This week in the Artifacts & Playbook Updates workstream, we:

• Continued executing a project plan to work through updates in a backlog of improvement items.

• Created a Proven Process Fundamentals section in the Playbook, that includes the highest level of baseline information, templates, and tools relevant to our Proven Process.
