"Who Does the Work" Decision Tree
Much of the work we do and many of the skills/experiences we have are shared by both Consulting Services and Client Experience teams. The Consulting Services team is structured for work where capacity is consumed for long durations over a period of multiple weeks & for work that requires project management. The Client Experience team is structured for quick response, working with a variety of clients on small or advisory services and tracking each interaction thoroughly through internal systems and processes. Guidance on navigating the considerations and tradeoffs has been published in the form of the decision tree.
