This update is a summary of new templates, updated definitions and content, and best practices that have been added to the Stoneridge Playbook for December 2024 and January 2025.

Featured Updates & Assets

Playbook Backlog

• All Ascend Links to Learning in the Playbook have been updated to reflect the move from Cornerstone to the new UKG learning platform locations.

• The following areas in the Playbook have been adjusted to reflect the most recent updates to the After Action Review intake process:

  • Key Concepts > After Action Reviews

  • RASCI Workbook

  • Project Close Checklist

  • Transition to Support Workbooks

  • AAR activities in Project Types (BC, CE, F&O, Roadmap)

• The document "Support Transition Billing Instructions" has been added to the following locations in the Playbook. This guide serves as official instructions for billing time to projects for Support Transition Activities:

  • Project Types > Transition to Support Process > Key Assets

  • PM Activity "Initial Alignment."

• The activity "Create a JPD Company for ProBatch Clients" has been created in Project Types > BC Net New Implementation > Create > Functional Consultants. This activity contains steps, guidelines, and templates for creating a JPD Company and Importing Sample Data for ProBatch clients. These will help guide the consultant through the process of configuring common settings, specific requirements, and sample data that is relevant to the customer prior to starting JPD sessions. The following assets have also been added to supplement this activity:

Roadmap Audit Action Items

• Based on compiled feedback from the Roadmap 1-Year Audit, best practices for various roles and updates to assets have been added to the following activities in the Roadmap Project Type:

  • Engagement Manager Roadmap Activities: Addition of best practices and additional detail

    • Onboarding & Alignment

    • Sales / Delivery Touchpoint

    • Prepare Transition Materials

  • Sales Executive Roadmap Activities: Addition of best practices

    • Qualify and Estimate Roadmap

    • Initial Phasing & Estimating

    • Guide Client in Transition

  • Solution Architect Roadmap Activities: Addition of best practices, updates to activity details and templates, and links to learning
