Proven Process Refresh for Leaders: Final Wrap & Takeaways

Thank you again for the active participation and commitment to the Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series the past six weeks.

For each session, more than 75% of team members asked to participate in the series attended. Some weeks, we reached 90% attendance. This is a large group of busy people - those numbers are a testament to each of you for prioritizing the refresh experience; and to directors and managers for clearing the way for team members to do so. Thank you.

The series wrapped yesterday, 5/23/24. We're sharing a few resources to help solidify knowledge, provide quick access to fundamental concepts, and spark ideas for how to take information from the series and share it in easy, organic ways in your practice, product, or project teams.

Takeaways

  • Proven Process Playlist: A Playlist in Ascend (linked through the Playbook) that includes all content from the Refresh for Leaders series, as well as the Proven Process 101 micro-learning and Proven Process onboarding discussion guides for managers. If you missed one or more parts of the Refresh for Leaders series, this is your way to catch up.

  • Proven Process Pocket Guide: For managers and project leaders, this pocket guide includes fundamental information about the Proven Process. It also includes direct links to baseline templates, learnings, and supplemental resources. Most importantly, it includes three pages of ideas for micro-learning and micro-action opportunities you can create within your practice, product, or project teams to share and reinforce the Proven Process with others, directly in the "flow" of your team's day-to-day.

  • Proven Process Fundamentals Section in the Playbook: Recently added to the "Proven Process" section on the Playbook landing page, this is a quick access location for the most up-to-date Proven Process information. Think of it as where you can find the highest level of baseline information about our Proven Process.

  • Updated Solution Blueprint Soft Release Materials: These were shared after the Part 3: Lifecycle of a Requirement session, but drawing attention to them again so anyone interested in learning more and sharing feedback during this soft release can do so.

As mentioned during today's Weekly Team Meeting, our next steps in the Proven Process Refresh are working with remaining teams to deliver Proven Process Fundamentals and then dive deeper into areas most important to each team. We're connecting with directors and managers across those teams. In the meantime, if you have questions or ideas you'd like to chat about, reach out.

Thanks to everyone again for your engagement in this series and all you'll do to carry it forward. While it might seem small, this is another huge milestone in the goal to create better consistency across our engagements and help every team member have a common reference point when it comes to our Proven Process.
