This update is a summary of new templates, updated definitions and content, and best practices that have been added to the Stoneridge Playbook for February - March 2025.

Featured Updates & Assets

Project Types > BC Net New Implementation

• Two FDD client samples have been added to the BC Net New Project Type > Create > "Write FDD's - SMB" Activity.

  

• The following assets have been added to BC Net New Project Type > Deploy > Project Manager > "UAT Kick-off - SMB" Activity:

  • "UAT Activity Monitoring Report Instructions,"

  • "UAT Activity Monitoring Dashboard (PowerBI)," and

  • "Conf Pack CHANGE LOG.rapidstart"

• The asset "BC - Posting Groups - Inventory Posting Guide" has replaced "Inventory Posting GL Affect Guide" in BC Net New Project Type > Create > Functional Consultant > "Conduct JPDs - SMB" Activity.

• The template "Joint Visioning Requirements Gathering Template - All Modules" has been added to the following locations:

  • Project Types > BC Net New > Define > Project Manager > Schedule BPRs - SMB; AND

  • Functional Consultant > Conduct BPR's - SMB.

Project Types > PM Initiation & Planning Workflow

• The activity "Operational Project Setup" in the PM Initiation & Planning Workflow Project Type has been updated to reflect current descriptions and best practices.

  • The asset "Setting up a new SharePoint Site" instructions guide has been added to this activity as well.

• The instructions reference "Work Breakdown Structure: Effort in Hours Instructions" has been added to the following locations:

  • Project Types > PM Initiation Planning & Workflow > Define > Project Manager > Operational Project Setup;

  • F&O Net New > Define > Project Manager > Operational Project Setup;

  • BC Net New > Define > Project Manager > Draft Project Plan;

  • CE Net New > Define > Project Management Team > WBS.

• The reference asset "Client Data Management Best Practices" has been added to Project Types > PM Initiation & Planning Workflow > Key Assets, as well as other relevant areas throughout the Playbook.

  • This asset provides guidelines on how we store client documentation in One Client OneNote, CRM, and SharePoint.

Playbook Backlog Items

• The instructions reference "Who Does the Work? Power Platform Decision Tree" has been added to Key Concepts > "Who Does the Work? Decision Tree" as a downloadable asset.
