This update is a summary of new templates, updated definitions and content, and best practices that have been added to the Stoneridge Playbook in the last month.

Featured Updates & Assets

• The Stoneridge ADO Process & Template Guide for Project Managers has been updated based on PM team member feedback - Reformatting; addition of scalability factors/questions; clarifying/additional steps on Solution Blueprint creation and upload as well as ADO template setup based on feedback from project teams.

• Updated all areas related to the "Sales to Delivery Transition" activity within the Playbook (in Key Concepts and all Project Types) to reflect updates and definitions based on outcomes of the Proven Process Baselining effort and feedback from the PMO. This includes the addition of the Sales to Delivery Transition Instructions & Template Booklet and the Sales to Delivery Transition Process Flow in relevant places, as well as the retirement of the asset "Sales to Delivery Transition Process - Overview Training" due to being out-of-date.

• Based on compiled feedback from the Roadmap 1-Year Audit, best practices for Project Managers and Solution Architects have been added to the following activities in the Roadmap Project Type:
