What's New in the Playbook This Month

This update is a summary of new templates, updated definitions and content, and best practices that have been added to the Stoneridge Playbook in the last month.

Featured Updates & Assets

Playbook Backlog

• After Action Review Key Concept has been updated to reflect most recent processes and definitions.

• The asset "AAR Framework - Reference Deck" has been updated and renamed to "AAR Framework - Process Infographic" to reflect the most up-to-date After Action Review processes and definitions.

• All Ascend Links to Learning in the Playbook have been updated to reflect the move from Cornerstone to the new UKG learning platform locations.

Roadmap Audit Action Items

• Based on compiled feedback from the Roadmap 1-Year Audit, best practices for Project Managers and updates to assets have been added to the following activities in the Roadmap Project Type:

  • "Roadmap Planning & Logistics": Best practice regarding early requests for relevant client documentation.

  • "Strategic Milestone Presentation": Best practice to ensure clear definition between the purpose of the Strategic Milestone and Proposal presentations for the client.

  • "Organize Roadmap Documentation": Included additional guidelines to share relevant documentation with the Engagement Manager in anticipation of the activity "Prepare Transition Materials."

  • The assets "Roadmap Client Kickoff Presentation Deck" and "Roadmap Internal Kickoff Template Deck" have been updated to reflect current Solution Blueprint and Proven Process definitions.

PMO Collaborative Updates

• The "Sales to Delivery Transition Call" activity in the CE Net New Project Type has been updated to more accurately reflect current practices, with the addition of the "Billable Time Recording Best Practices" downloadable asset.

  

Organizational Change Management Playbook Content

• Organizational Change Management (OCM) roles, descriptions, activities, and assets have been updated throughout the Playbook to reflect current Proven Process Baselining definitions and roles & responsibilities. Out-of-date OCM activities/roles have been archived, and the following new activities can be found under the Engagement Manager role in the Roadmap Project Type:

  • Determine Roadmap Readiness

  • Define Project Vision and Success Criteria

  • Assess Client Readiness

  • Downloadable OCM Assets and resources have also been added and attached to relevant activities.
