This update is a summary of new templates, updated definitions and content, and best practices that have been added to the Stoneridge Playbook in the last month.

Roadmap Audit Action Items
Based on compiled feedback from the Roadmap 1-Year Audit, best practices for Project Managers and Solution Architects have been added to the following activities in the Roadmap Project Type:

Based on Roadmap Audit findings, the Key Asset "Roadmap Playbook Purpose" has been removed, and the content of the Key Asset "Roadmap Key Terms" has been moved into relevant areas in Key Concepts.
Updated Solution Blueprint-related definitions throughout the Playbook to reflect changes in the new Solution Blueprint Workbook templates.

Created a new Key Concept for "Assessment" as part of the Roadmap Audit updates to help clarify definitions between engagement types.
PMO Collaborative Updates
Based on team member usage and feedback, best practices and reminders regarding the use of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook(s) and ADO Standardized processes have been added in relevant areas throughout the Playbook for future reference:

Solution Blueprint Key Concept
Azure DevOps Key Concept
Transition to Support process visuals (baseline and scaled down versions) updated in the Transition to Support section, Transition to Support key concepts, and in the Proven Process Fundamentals section.
The reference document "Decision Tree - Who Does the Work?" has been added to the Key Assets in the Transition to Support Process Project Type. This asset can still be found in Key Concepts as well.
Organizational Change Management Playbook Content
Organizational Change Management (OCM) roles, descriptions, activities, and assets have been updated throughout the Playbook to reflect current Proven Process Baselining definitions and roles & responsibilities.
BC Net New, CE Net New, and F&O Net New Implementation Project Types have been updated to archive out-of-date OCM activities/roles and include the following new activities, which can be found under the Engagement Manager (BC, F&O) or Project Management Team (CE) roles:
Define Project Vision and Success Criteria
Assess Client Readiness
Establish Plans to Support Stakeholders
Support Sponsors in Driving Engagement
Measure Business Outcomes and User Behavior
20+ New Downloadable OCM Assets and resources have also been added throughout the Playbook and attched to relevant activities.
