Sprint 6 Intended Deliverables:

• Revised project delivery templates to reflect updated Proven Process visuals, language, and concepts from Phase 1: phase transition decks, internal and external kickoff decks

• Transition to Support: Instructions deck to support the above process

• Updated marketing and sales enablement materials to reflect updated Proven Process visuals, language, and concepts from Phase 1

• Suggested contract language for training (scope options + language, division of responsibilities between client and Stoneridge, assumptions – spans two sprints)​

• Suggested contract language for Hypercare (scope options + language, expectations and division of responsibilities between client and Stoneridge, assumptions – spans two sprints) ​

• Final Transition to Support – Phase transition, internal and external kickoff to reflect information (spans three sprints)

• Review and updates to Hypercare checklist and exit review templates
