Proven Process Baselining Friday Update - 5/31

This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative.

Today's update is short and sweet - over the past week, our primary focus was on:

• Continued support to teams leveraging the "soft release" of the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook.

• Planning meetings with Consulting Services teams to discuss impacts, sample projects, templates, training needs, and supporting materials for the updated Solution Blueprint Workbook and ADO templates. Great meetings all around this week with the BC, CE, and F&O teams; and tons of prep work by @Grace Stevenson going into these touchpoints.

• Continued prep to support Proven Process Refresh activities across various teams during the Q2 All-Company Meeting.
