This is your weekly update on the Proven Process Baselining initiative.
Today’s update is short and sweet – over the past week, our primary focus was on:
Continued support to teams leveraging the “soft release” of the updated Solution Blueprint workbook.
Preparation for Part 3: Lifecycle of a Requirement in the Proven Process Refresh for Leaders series, taking place next week.
The first part of a Proven Process Refresh workshop for Client Success Managers completed yesterday, in collaboration with Leanne and the CSM team.
